I'm interested in working with free-living soil bacteria and host specific microbiomes, with the main focus of understanding of how climate change would affect the free-living and host-specific bacterial communities. In the Terrestrial Ecology group, I'm responsible for assisting with microbial experiments. This includes operation and maintenance of key microbiology equipment, such as flow cytometer, microplate reader, qPCR machine and microscopes.
